By accessing or using Fikira ("the Service"), operated by Innovation Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Fikira is an AI companion application that provides personalized conversational experiences. The Service uses artificial intelligence to remember your preferences, life context, and conversation history to deliver a deeply personalized experience over time.

The Service includes voice and text conversations, memory management, and optional integrations such as Gmail access for email-related tasks.

You must sign in using a valid Google account to use Fikira. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or violates the rights of others
• Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Fikira uses AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are for informational and conversational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• You are responsible for evaluating and acting upon any information provided by the Service
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI technology, is the property of Innovation Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your conversation content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

If you choose to grant Fikira access to your Gmail account, you acknowledge that:

• Access is requested through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions
• Fikira only accesses Gmail to perform actions you explicitly request
• Fikira's use of Google user data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

We strive to keep Fikira available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovation Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@fikira.ai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
